What a tremendous and welcoming morning it was for Ottawa Senior Pride Network supporters at The Good Companions on Pink Triangle Day! The fabulous brunch brought everyone together in celebration, filling the room with laughter, connection, and a true sense of community spirit. The warmth and energy from the event perfectly showcased the power of our supporters and the joy of coming together.

We are thrilled to share that OSPN received a generous donation from an anonymous donor who attended the brunch. This donor was deeply moved by the sense of fellowship and belonging fostered at the event and wishes to help sustain such vital support in our community.

Our hope is that his donation will inspire others to join in strengthening our Queer community—by giving, together, we keep the spirit of connection alive.

Our anonymous donor shared a heartfelt message:

For far too long, before embarking on my journey of self-discovery and coming out, I—like most of us—struggled with my feelings. In my case, I was convinced ‘I was the only one.’ I ask you to please consider making a donation to OSPN to ensure ‘I wasn’t the only one’—not then, not now, not ever!
